Boston Trip Guide is operated by The Travel Spark Company LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse this website, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter. To ask a privacy question or make a request, use our contact form.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. We use that information to review and respond to the message, manage correspondence and protect the service from misuse. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address and the subscription information needed to manage that choice. We use it to send the updates you requested. You can withdraw your newsletter choice using the unsubscribe link in a message. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you.
Technical and security information
Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. This helps deliver the website, investigate errors and protect it from abuse. The contact form uses a short-lived rate control to reduce repeated submissions. Administrative access uses necessary security and session features.
Service providers and booking links
We use Brevo to support newsletter management and message transmission. Hosting, security and backup providers process information necessary to operate and protect the website. Access is limited to the purposes of the relevant service. See Brevo’s privacy policy for its own practices.
Tour and accommodation information may be supplied by TravelSpark integrations and booking providers, including Viator and Nuitee. Product images and other necessary provider resources may be requested from their systems. Affiliate links can contain identifiers that attribute a visit or booking. When you follow a booking link or use a provider feature, that provider’s terms and privacy practices apply. We do not receive payment-card details through our contact or newsletter forms.
Cookies and similar technology
Necessary site features may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies for security, sessions and visitor controls. Embedded provider features may use their own storage and request information from their services. Your browser can restrict cookies and storage, although doing so may affect functionality. We do not add independent advertising or analytics trackers through this theme. Any additional service introduced later should be assessed and this policy updated as appropriate.
Use, sharing and retention

This website is a general travel guide and is not directed at children. Do not submit a child’s personal information through our forms unless it is necessary and you have appropriate authority.
